 In the 'country' box for compass, if you type in 'tai', it suggests
 "Taiwan, Province of China". Whereas if you go to
 https://metrics.torproject.org/users.html and click on source, the name is
 simply Taiwan.

 Where did we get our country list for compass? We should use the one from
 the metrics user page.
