New description:

 Identify what documentation (existing or new) is needed to build awareness
 and educate our target audience on Tor.  This task includes identifying
 what written documentation should exist and deciding what existing
 documentation needs to be updated and what new documentation needs to be
 created.  This task was scheduled for June 15 and completed on June 27.
 The resulting documentation list is available [wiki:doc/DocumentationList
 here].  Kelley and Colin have been working on this task.  That concludes
 this task.
