 Another example of such breakage is this page:

 http://www.dn.pt/inicio/globo/interior.aspx?content_id=3992189&page=-1
 This time by "Youtube (Partial)" rule is the culprit for video not
 working.

 Again, it doesn't work in Chrome (HTTPS Everywhere 2014.6.26) unless I
 disable the rule, but works in Firefox (HTTPS-Everywhere 3.5.3) even with
 rule enabled.
