 Is it feasible to post important bugs on tor-talk, stack exchange or
 other, when solutions aren't found after a long time?  At least, links to
 them & short descriptions - asking for input.  This is a fingerprinting
 issue that was reported a yr ago.

 Concept being, the more heads working on a problem, the better.
 Sometimes, people come up w/ general ideas for solutions, even if they
 don't have expertise to implement them.

 For any open source project, a lot of users aren't aware of certain
 problems, unless they __regularly__ follow bug reports, etc.  Many
 products don't just advertise through one medium or on one TV channel.
