 Yes, of course the underlying bug should be fixed. That is a different
 issue though.

 A button was not what I had in mind, just a longer string. During the time
 while we are waiting for the bug to be identified and fixed, users should
 be informed that there is a step they can take on their own before they
 contact the help desk.
