 It's pretty common to receive a "Tor unexpectedly exited" error message
 from tor-launcher. I see this a lot on Windows, often on first run. This
 is not so precise to reproduce, because often if the user just tries to
 connect again, it will go away, and they will be able to get online.
 Please add a phrase like "Please try again." to the error window.
