 I think Mike only fixed up versions.nightly and versions.alpha when he
 landed the 11641 changes.

 I just created a new tag for the Windows installer.  Try:
 NSIS_TAG=v0.2

 For Tor Launcher, you could use 0.2.6.0 for now (the current master
 includes some locale fixes that are not critical at the moment).
