 Ok so it seems like the issue is not that I don't have XML_RPC
 priviledges, but that the HTTPAuthPlugin is not configured for the
 /login/xmlrpc paths.

 Could you add to it this:

 `[httpauth] `
 `paths = /xmlrpc, /login/xmlrpc, /rpc, /login/rpc, /jsonrpc,
 /login/jsonrpc`
