Comment (by cypherpunks):

 Reporting of all pending DESTROY cells number (`chan->cmux->destroy_ctr`)
 and reporting when channel was actually alive before (difference of
 `channel_when_last_xmit(chan)` and `time(NULL)`) could help too while warn
 about out of circids.
