 After speaking with mttp, we have decided to split duties on this and work
 on it together. He will be handling the TBB side, and I will be getting in
 contact with Nick for the little-t-tor side.

 For determining what specifically should be sent to the list, the current
 idea is to start with release information for little-t-tor and the TBB. If
 there is a major vulnerability impacting Tor users, this information
 should also be pushed out on -announce, however this can be decided per-
 issue.

 As for Orbot & Tails, these projects both have their own mechanisms for
 announcing release information. If it is desired to have these announced
 on -announce as well, we can also look into that.
