 If to use Tor Browser while no internet connection and to exit browser
 before internet connection appears then Tor Launcher prevents Tor to
 connect to network for every next attempts even with internet connection.
 It's reliably reproducible by removing
 {{{
 user_pref("extensions.torlauncher.prompt_at_startup", false);
 }}}
 from prefs.js file.
