 I'd like to know how you configured your trac so that every update goes as
 an email to
 https://lists.torproject.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/tor-bugs

 I haven't seen such a feature on
 http://trac.edgewall.org/wiki/TracNotification

 Did you made custom changes to trac? Is there documentation about your
 setup somewhere?
