 Our video for setting up a relay on Windows is way out of date. I'm
 referring to the one at https://www.torproject.org/docs/tor-doc-
 windows.html.en. It sounds like arma would like a new replacement for this
 video (rather than not replacing after it is removed it). The new video
 should probably teach users how to set up a relay without using the
 Vidalia bundles.
