 Could this be related to using and IPv6 ORPort (or multiple)? I disabled
 it and didn't get the warning, but multiple of those:

 Jul 11 07:31:53.000 [warn] Unexpected sendme cell from client. Closing
 circ (window 1000).
 }}}

 Not sure, if this is related though.
