 Tor is able to connect to the Tor network but can't connect to any website
 (neither normal websites nor Hidden Services). It used to work just fine
 some months ago. Debug log attached. Issue exists on both standalone Tor
 (tested using torsocks) and TBB but the log is from standalone because it
 was easier to get.

 I did a reinstall of OS X a few hours ago, so I'm sure I'm not missing
 anything like a crypto library.

 In particular, this line - error repeatedly appears throughout the debug
 log (just once in the attachment, but multiple times in other tests):

 > [debug] int tor_tls_read(tor_tls_t *, char *, size_t)(): read returned
 r=-1, err=-2

 Tor (standalone) was installed using Homebrew.
