 In the Windows version of my PrivacyGuard project, I am using a URL
 pointing to your Vidalia Relay Bundle (see source code at
 http://www.tlbean.com/anonymity.html). Every time you update your Vadalia
 Relay Bundle, my PrivacyGuard
 program breaks because your URL changes. Can you please generate a static
 URL
 that only contains the latest stable version of Vadalia Relay Bundle -
 something like https://www.torproject.org/dist/vidalia-bundles/vidalia-
 relay-bundle-latest.exe.

 Most of the software I incorporated into my Linux source code auto
 updates itself based on package managers pulling the latest package
 from online repositories, but my Microsoft Windows project is giving me a
 big headache. I need to get in touch with each software developer for each
 Windows software package I use in my PrivacyGuard project and see if
 they would be so kind to generate a static URL download link for their
 latest binary. This would be a big help to me.
