 The Metrics users page reports censorship events in no-man's-land.
 Assuming that everytime a geo-ip lookup does not return a known location
 it categorizes the IP to no-man's-land, I would expect one no-man's-land
 listing. But at the moment no-man's-land is actually listed 3 times.
