Comment:

 OK. For obfsproxy, I made a branch that adds `parsley` and `txsocksx` to
 the py2exe dependencies.
 Let's see if it works! You can find it in `bug12381` at
 `https://git.torproject.org/pluggable-transports/obfsproxy.git`.

 For fteproxy, I sent an email to Kevin. If he does not respond, I will
 look into it.
