 I tested this and it seems to solve the YouTube problem nicely for the few
 videos I tested. I've attached patches for Torbutton and Torbrowser that
 replace the user agent string to that of Windows 7 IE11 according to
 http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ie/hh869301%28v=vs.85%29.aspx

 Is there any reason not to implement this?
