Thanks to HTTPS Everywhere, youtube is loaded over HTTPS, but there is
mixed content, the video stream that loads over HTTP (http://r15---sn-
 5hn7ym76.googlevideo.com/videoplayback?upn=tyBCKmme...).

Some weeks ago, HTTP was the only way to download the video stream, today
 you can just replace http://r15---sn-
 5hn7ym76.googlevideo.com/videoplayback?upn=tyBCKmme... with https://r15
 ---sn-5hn7ym76.googlevideo.com/videoplayback?upn=tyBCKmme... and its over
 HTTPS.

No more mixed content in Youtube.

I need someone to create and deploy a rule to redirect
 http://*.googlevideo.com/* to https://*.googlevideo.com/*

This needs to work with the HTML5 and Flash player in Youtube.com
