 If a user goes to https://bridges.torproject.org/bridges?transport=obfs2
 and then enters the CAPTCHA incorrectly, they are redirected to
 https://bridges.torproject.org/bridges and the original POST arguments
 specifying requested transports/IP version/etc. are dropped.
