Comment (by Sherief):

 ===Proposed Solution(s)===

 Anti-abuse:
 ===========
 1) A Captcha:
 A Captcha while the user enters his user name can stop spammers/abusers.

 2) Random questions:

 Random multiple choice questions.

 For example:
 3 x 3 = ...
 a) 13. b) 15. c) 9. d) 6.

 Who is the current president of the United States?
 a) Chuck Norris. b) Bill Clinton. c) Vladimir Putin. d) Barack Obama.

 3) HTML5 sessionStorage object:
 Works on all browsers but disabled in Tor Browser.

 Availability:
 =============
 No solutions yet. However, when I get access to the live machine I'll edit
 this section.

 ===Expected results===

 1) Users seeking support will click a green button if a support assistant
 is
 available to answer them and red for not available.

 2) If a user's browser doesn't support HTML5 sessionStorage the page
 should offer
 an MCQ or a captcha (last resort).

 Note: all above are subject to change.
