 This sounds a bit familiar to me. I want to say it happens in the main
 branch too, not only in the new PT code. Do you get the same error with
 [https://gitweb.torproject.org/builders/tor-browser-
 bundle.git/tag/refs/tags/tbb-3.5-build3 tbb-3.5-build3], for example?
