Comment:

 This is not going to happen anymore.  There's a Python DocTor now, even
 though it doesn't have a website output.  But the only reason for the
 consensus health page (produced by the Java DocTor) still being online is
 that Roger sometimes uses it to debug the network.  Once Roger has a
 better tool for that, the good old consensus-health page will go away.
