 Hi, thank you for your answer. I've recompiled tor with your patch and
 hopefully this will solve my problem.

 As for MaxMemInCellQueues, I totally forgot about it. I will fix it asap,
 thanks.

 (Just one note: there is missing semicolon after log_notice())
