Comment:

 If we're going to give a warning when setting this option fails, and it
 requires root to set the option, then most TransPort users are going to
 see this warning every time they start up.  Is there a better way?  Should
 this be controlled by an option?

 Also, what's the best documentation to read about TPROXY and how this
 option works? The first few links that I could find were complaints about
 the state of TPROXY documentation. :)
