 We should also remove obfs2 from https://www.torproject.org/projects
 /obfsproxy-debian-instructions.html.en#instructions and
 https://www.torproject.org/projects/obfsproxy-
 instructions.html.en#instructions .

 And also maybe remove it from the obfsproxy docs.
