 This comment is probably too late, but FWIW IMO dumping Vidalia would make
 bridge operators' work less rewarding. I've been running a bridge with
 browser version 3.5 and standalone Vidalia on Win7 for weeks at a time.
 Despite apparent bugs in this setup, Vidalia's Log, Map, and BW Usage
 displays (along with the Atlas incorporated into 3.5) are still useful in
 giving some assurance that the bridge is doing its job.
