Comment:

 I uploaded a new version 0.2.4.20-tor.2 RPMs, you should get the update
 soon. The startup script will recreate the directory. You may need to kill
 tor manually first if it's running and the /var/run/tor is already gone
 before starting it again via 'systemctl start tor.service' or 'service tor
 start'.
