Comment:

 I agree. We should be linking to some kind of FAQ document that lists
 common questions, links to the user manual, and then finally mentions the
 support address.

 https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/wiki/doc/TorBrowserBundle3FAQ is
 a good start. Do we want to link to that wiki page, or should we create a
 more permanent, static page on the website.
