 The Internet-Archive ruleset currently specifies
 <target host="archive.org"/> and <target host="*.archive.org"/>
 with an exclusion list of
   <exclusion pattern="^http://(?:graphite|s3)\.us\.archive\.org/"/>

 It should also exclude pgdp01.us.archive.org, which does not have https
 support. I have tested the following exclusion pattern, which adds pgdp01
 and which resolves the problem:
   <exclusion pattern="^http://(?:graphite|s3|pgdp01)\.us\.archive\.org/"/>

 Here's a sample URI to demonstrate the problem and its solution:
