 Here's what it looks like when you run from the parent directory. The
 other side effect is that new file hierarchy is created in
 Data\Browser\profile.default relative to the directory you're running in.
 What's going wrong is that [https://gitweb.torproject.org/builders/tor-
 browser-
 bundle.git/blob/662dd02278eb60686943730810166fe0b300cd91:/RelativeLink/RelativeLink.c#l35
 RelativeLink.c] tries to start with a profile in that directory, it
 doesn't exist, so Firefox creates it.

 It works when you run from the same directory.

 #9563 was a conceptually similar problem on another platform.
