 Looking through it a bit more, I think having a separate tor-bridge-relay
 service would be too much of a burden. It's not just the initscript that
 needs to be duplicated, but the logrotate, cron, apparmor configs, etc.
 Something like #1922 would result in a much more maintainable codebase and
 resulting system.
