 Nicolas (user boklm) has a set of scripts for monitoring our tor browser
 git repository into a mercurial repository to push onto Mozilla's testing
 servers.

 Can he have access to dixie for the purpose of running these scripts and
 converting+pushing these repos? If not, is there a better place for this?

 He should not need access to any special build or chroot groups for this.
 All the scripts need is the ability to call hg, git, manage some repos,
 and do outbount ssh connections.

 Note that also it would be handy to 'apt-get install mercurial' on dixie
 if possible, so we don't have to have our own custom hg build sitting in
 his homedir.
