 This is an idea from Roger from some old thread from September (?) 2013.

 Eventually we would like a design analysis document for the Tor Instant
 Messaging Bundle like those for Torbutton and TBB, even though technically
 we didn’t promise one.

 After discussing this with Sukhbir and Arlo today, this may be out of
 scope for Sponsor O, unless we decide later that it may be in scope.
 Creating a ticket but explicitly not adding the Sponsor O keyword yet.
