 I can't even tell from previous comments whether the MaxMemInQueues has
 been changed or not. It'd probably be good to address that, and again,
 Raspberry Pis were capable of handling several Mbps of traffic before any
 of this, and before the botnet. It is a bad idea to exclude them and other
 512MB devices.
