 I use HTTPS Everywhere and also have Disconnect
 (jeoacafpbcihiomhlakheieifhpjdfeo) I get the following warning in Chrome:

 Warning:
 This extension failed to redirect a network request to
 https://facebook.com/favicon.ico because another extension (HTTPS
 Everywhere) redirected it to https://www.facebook.com/favicon.ico.
