 Thanks for your patience! I think I got it now.

 All fteproxy changes are now in the "fte" branch:
 https://github.com/kpdyer/tor-browser-bundle/tree/fte. Master should be up
 to date with https://git.torproject.org/builders/tor-browser-bundle.git,
 tbb-3.5.2-build5.

 I'm kicking off a fresh build with the newest repo, to make sure I didn't
 break anything.
