we can limit its execution to people who actually try to use flashproxy,
it seems like a no-brainer to me to include it in the default bundle.

Here is a branch that packages tor-fw-helper on top of TBB 3.5.2. It's set
up to have flashproxy-client listen on an ephemeral port and use tor-fw-
helper to forward it. I sent a request to tor-qa that it be tested.

 bundle.git/shortlog/refs/heads/tor-fw-helper

There are existing tickets #4959 and #5213 that are about enabling tor-fw-
helper. I closed #4959 and pointed it to #5213; I guess discussion of the
 patch can happen there.

The only part that's not a no-brainer, assuming the branch actually works
on all platforms, is that the safety of the miniupnpc and libnatpmp
libraries is unknown (comment:3:ticket:9033). I didn't review it myself.
