 I think you missed tor_assert(tlschan->conn) instances in
 channel_tls_get_transport_name_method(),
 channel_tls_has_queued_writes_method() and a few other places though; if
 we're going to ever set conn to NULL, should we perhaps make those do
 something other than crash, even if we don't think they're ever going to
 be called in those conditions?
