 Just re-installed HTTPS Everywhere 4.0.2 in Pale Moon 25.0.1.  The HTTPS
 Everywhere icon w/options is missing from the toolbar and no where to be
 found in 'Customize...'.

 Whether HTTPS Everywhere 4.0.2 is functioning correctly otherwise, I'm not
 sure since the DEV version of HTTPS Everywhere 5.x I had installed
 previously which did display the toolbar icon was so painful to use I
 ended up disabling HTTPS Everywhere completely?  I will monitor HTTPS
 Everywhere 4.0.2 and get back to you.
