 We should start thinking about this again. Maybe try to apply the
 obfuscation of the HS statistics in these statistics?

 Without these statistics it's very hard to evaluate how well our PTs are
 doing in countrys like China. It's also hard to evaluate bridge
 distribution mechanisms in a country.
