 This has been requested before and what we proposed was to have a way to
 send `NEWNYM` from TorBirdy itself (a controller of sorts.)

 Since we don't have a timeline for that currently, an easier way of doing
 this is through the Tor Browser itself, if you are using that. Or through
 the command line ([https://stackoverflow.com/questions/16987518/how-to-
 request-new-tor-identity-in-terminal here]).
