 When you have the Akamai ruleset enabled you cant view images/videos on
 steamcommunity submissions.

 E.g. here: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=354585681

 The image doesnt load and you cannot choose any pictures to view from the
 thumbnails below. Same happens with every sumbission and if it contains
 videos you cant view them either.
