 The current directory layout has everything under the parent directory,
 including start-tor-messenger. We should move to a new layout where all
 Instantbird-related files go in a Messenger directory.

 So that the layout is clean and that users just run ./start-tor-messenger
 instead of running ./instantbird (which is not a good thing to do.)
