#13959: tor binary in Tor Browser thinks it's built with old zlib and libevent (TB
4.0.2 and 4.5-alpha-2, 64-bit Linux)

 In my Tor Browser 4.5-alpha-2 (64-bit Linux),

 {{{
 ~/tor-browser_en-US/Browser/TorBrowser/Tor$ ./tor
 Dec 14 22:47:03.192 [notice] Tor v0.2.6.1-alpha (git-d0cec68f342992b4)
 running on Linux with Libevent 2.0.19-stable, OpenSSL 1.0.1e and Zlib
 1.2.7.
 }}}

 I'm told from a user of Tor Browser 4.0.2 (64-bit Linux) that he sees the
 same versions in the tor program of his Tor Browser.

 On the Windows 4.0.2 bundle, his Tor program apparently reports zlib-1.2.8
 openssl-1.0.1i and libevent-2.0.21-stable.

 Is this a bug in Tor's reporting of its versions, or is it genuinely being
 built with (linked with) older libraries?
