 Just to clarify, are you wanting to change the English (original) strings,
 or the translated copies? Sounds like translated copies, but would like to
 clarify before going ahead and modifying things.

 Things got a bit tricky with Transifex when they changed how the
 "coordinator" role works, so some of the permissions that used to work
 will need to be reconfigured.
