New description:

 Sometimes when I get an ORCONN event, requesting its router status entry
 with "GETINFO ns/id/<fingerprint>" balks with...

 GETINFO request contained unrecognized keywords:
 ns/id/5AC9C5AA75BA1F18D8459B326B4B8111A856D290
 }}}

 This is surprising since it seems like tor should have a router status
 entry available if it's emitting an ORCONN about it.
