 I'm having some trouble recently with the Tor Browser Bundle. I'm running
 the latest version (3.6.4). I've replicated this
 issue on several systems.  I have also tried the latest alpha version (4.0
 alpha 1) and still experience this issue.  All of the systems I have
 tested are running Windows XP SP3.  Security software includes Symantec
 Endpoint 12.  The browser bundle is installed to \Program Files\Tor
 Browser.

 Randomly, it seems, the tor client will start, but it will not start the
 browser. I can find firefox.exe in my task manager, taking up almost
 always 95-99 MB of ram. The window never appears. If I close this instance
 of firefox.exe and restart everything, it will usually come up.

 It seems to be random. I can start it up 10 times, and anywhere from
 3-8 times this will happen.  I should note that when the browser does
 actually start, it appears to be correctly connected to the Tor network.
