 Oh. Forgot to say something. The bwauth stuff I run is horribly
 unmaintained. How will we make sure this new thing won't be the same? It's
 problematic if feature completely vital to the Tor network are implemented
 outside of the Tor repository, where people take care of it.

 That said, personally I would deem it acceptable and in line with my
 dirauth ops duties to run this.
